What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is accepted via Paypal, check, money order, or Google Checkout. Paypal payments will be accepted from CONFIRMED addresses only. If you wish to use a credit card directly (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover,) please order from our website at www.blessedmoon.com.
When are payments due?
Payment is due within 10 days of purchase. We will send a reminder after the 10th day if we have not yet received payment. After 30 days without payment, your purchase will be canceled.
How fast do you ship?
We typically ship within 2 business days after payment is received. If you are paying by check, please allow 7 business days after your check is received for payment to clear. We do not ship on weekends or national or state holidays.
Do you combine shipping costs?
When possible, we will combine shipping on item that are purchased within 3 days of each other AND are paid for in one payment. If you are purchasing multiple items, please let us know when you are done shopping, and we will send you a total combined invoice. Due to size and weight, some items will simply not fit in the same box with other items.
Do you accept returns?
We understand that sometimes customers may need to return a product. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the product name and part number, the quantity and the reason for return. Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of product arrival (at the customer's site). Opened software, videos, DVDs, cassettes and CDs may not be returned.
What happens if my shipment arrives damaged, or I don't receive my items?
First, please contact us if anything in your order arrives damaged. Please hold on to all packaging, including the box and any packing materials. Please let us know the extent of the damage. We will be more than happy to resolve the situation for you. We might ask you to take pictures in the event we need to file a claim.
We ship all our items with tracking, and provide the tracking number when the order is shipped. In the event do you not receive your item, please let us know and we'll work with the carrier to trace it.
